- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, screening CV and arranging interviews and tests for candidates.
To support data and after-recruitment administration such:
preparing contract, personal data and onboarding process
- Update KPI management system, and SOP for all departments
- Ensure job desc and SOP in factory are running properly in accordance with the regulations
Requirements:
- Have related working experience for at least two (2) year
- Bachelor degree with majoring in Psychology or Management or other related field
- Experienced in Manufacture/ Retail/ FMCG Industry at least 2 year
- Experienced in handle end to end HRGA such as recruitment, employee relation, industrial relation, payroll, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, other GA matters as well.
- Knowledge about ISO, K3 and other regulation in manufacturing will be a plus
- Proficient in Ms Office, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (Mandatory), can speak mandarin would be an advantage
- Preferable can join immediately (at least 1 month)
- Willing to be placed in Kawasan Industri Delta Mas, Cikarang, Jawa Barat
