About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our Bali office. You will manage a small local finance team and report directly to the Group Controller in Australia. This role involves overseeing financial operations, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with international financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial activities and oversee the Bali finance team.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Coordinate with the Group Controller in Australia for financial consolidation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
