- Explore information related to the national and/or international competitions
- Prepare, coach and accompany the team to participate in related competitions
- Collaborate with industry experts and practitioners to become trainers or coaches for BINUS Business Consulting Group (BBCG)
- Design the recruitment process for BBCG and ensure quality control of the members
- Ensure the continuity of BBCG by promoting and socializing BBCG to faculty members and BINUS Business School (BBS) students
- Design the training and assessment process for new BBCG members
- Continuously try to improve students’ skills and capabilities to win related competitions
- Organize BBS national competition and ensure development to international competition to enhance BBS reputation
- Communicate with related department within BINUS regarding competition
- Conduct member gatherings to increase solidarity and morale
Management Support Activities:
- Provide report to Direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
- Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Management Marketing, Management Information System, Statistics, or any related management majors (Having Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years full-time working experience
- Have experience of doing research (quantitative & qualitative)
