Job Summary:
- Coordinate with the marketing team and branches regarding forecasting.
- Review the forecasts provided by marketing against actual sales.
- Allocate and manage shipments to distributors and branches.
- Monitor the availability of finished goods in the warehouse, distributors, and branches to optimize DOI.
- Monitor finished goods’ expiry dates in the warehouse, distributors, and branches.
- Coordinate with Business Development regarding the schedule for new product launches.
- Create PR (Purchase Request) and PO (Purchase Order) for imported finished goods and toll-out finished goods.
- Create SO (Sales Order) for finished goods.
- Plan the ordering of imported finished goods and toll-out finished goods according to the latest forecast.
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Have at least 1 year of work experience in a related field.
- Have good English language skills.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Have a strong understanding of inventory and demand planning, be detail-oriented, and meticulous.
- Willing to be placed in East Jakarta.
