REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Capital Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., HRM, CHRM, CHRP) is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and general affairs, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR Principles, practices, and regulations (UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS, etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Oversee HR Functions:
