Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • According to the business strategy of the department, coordinate the development and management of human resources, formulate human resource planning plans, and implement the implementation of various plans;
  • Through the collation and analysis of business and human resource data, gain insight into organizational problems, regularly provide human resource suggestions and solutions to business department managers, and provide human resource information support for the company’s major decisions;
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business strategies
  • Developing and monitoring HR policies and procedures to be implemented in all departments to enhance employee engagement and performance
  • Organize, coordinating and monitor the process of employee’s performance appraisal
  • Creating and maintaining organizational structures (job description, job grading, job analysis)
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and performance evaluations;
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims, and communicating benefit information to employees;
  • Manage office administration tasks, including procurement, office supplies, maintenance, and facility management;
  • Handle visa and work permit applications for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management
  • Ensure timely payroll process

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fields
  • Proven work experience with minimum 5 years+ as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR and General Affairs role
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Fluency in spoken and written in English is a must
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
