Job Inquiries:
- Demonstrated success in leading an elementary school, preferably with experience in international curricula and/or Indonesian national curriculum.
- Deep understanding of both the Cambridge Primary and Kurikulum Merdeka
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
- Capacity to articulate and implement a clear vision for the elementary school, aligning with Alma School’s mission and values.
- Familiarity with both the Cambridge curriculum and Kurikulum Merdeka.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve academic excellence and holistic student development.

Job Description:
- Provide overall leadership and management of the elementary school, ensuring the successful implementation of the combined curriculum approach.
- Oversee the seamless integration of the Cambridge Primary and Kurikulum Merdeka frameworks, ensuring a balanced and enriching learning experience.
- Set high expectations for academic achievement and create systems to monitor and support student progress.
- Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for teachers, empowering them to deliver high-quality instruction.
- Recruit, train, and supervise elementary school staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative school culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, the local community, and relevant educational stakeholders.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the elementary school.
