Research & Development Department Head (Hutan Tanam Industri)
Job Responsibility:
- Improve the quality of nursery, planting, harvest process to get the excellent wood material
- Monitoring all R&D and QC operational activities
- Responsible for research & development result
- Create & improve R&D Department SOP
- Set up R&D Department working plan & budget
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry, Agriculture or equivalent.
- At least 5-7 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably from Hutan Tanam Industri
- Proficient in PBPH work process
- Attention to detail and highly organized.
- Strong analytical thinking, organization, problem solving and communication skills
Placement:
East Kalimantan – Paser
- No roster, off day by annual leave
