Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to join our finance team based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The key requirements of the role are as follows:
- Mange full scope of financial and accounting responsibilities including but not limited to month end closing, monthly reconciliation of the accounts, preparing monthly and annual financial statements and cash management.
- Analyse financial performance of the Company and provide commentary/recommendations.
- Provide support and review tax reports to be submitted to Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Ensure compliance with tax statutory requirements.
- Manage annual business plan/budget.
- Prepare audit schedules and work closely with external auditors for completion of statutory audit.
- Have a good business acumen to support operation in Indonesia.
- Participate and support automation and enhancement of business processes.
- Respond to ad-hoc management information requests.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience as an Accountant/Senior Accountant
- Excellent command in English (written and spoken)
- Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of internal controls.
- Competent accounting, tax and treasury knowledge
- Good knowledge of various types of corporate taxation and rules
- Systematic, ability to multi-task and dependable in meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment and engage in cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis.
