Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in logistics, customs, Transportation Management or related fields;
- Hold active PPJK Certification;
- At least 3 years of experience in PPJK or customs-related roles;
- Preferably with a background in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent;
- Having knowledge about export import based on Indonesian regulation, licenses, and supporting documents;
- Familiar with import-export documents (PIB, PEB, Bill of Lading, etc.);
- Proficient in using customs software (such as CEISA);
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities;
Good command of English (both verbal and written), able to speak another language (ex:
Mandarin) will be plus point;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Able to join as soon as possible.
Job Responsibility:
- Handle customs administration for import and export;
- Manage licenses and necessary documents for customs clearance, such as PIB, PEB, etc.
- Checking HS Code;
- perform accurate calculation on customs duties, taxes, + fees;
- Monitoring response from the system (Notul, NPD, DNP) and forward to CS Team;
- Ensure all customs documentation is complete and compliant with regulations;
- Oversee and monitor the customs clearance from start to finish;
- Coordinate with customs, shipping lines, and other related parties to ensure smooth shipment processes;
- Resolve issues related to customs documentation and shipment;
- Stay updated on new customs regulations and policies;
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customs processes for management;
- Maintain good relationships with customs officers and related authorities;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant customs procedures and regulations.
