Job Description
- Executive Assistant will assist and support the Managing Director in the best degree to ensure the betterment and growth of the businesses in Indonesia.
Administrative, Secretarial and Business Support:
- – Perform the role of Executive Assistant to support the Regional Managing Director in all aspects of administrative and secretarial support mainly for the businesses in Indonesia.
- – Handle administrative, secretarial support, coordination, follow up and liaise via phone calls or meetings on behalf for matters assigned.
- – Perform market research and competitors’ analysis (i.e pricing, strategies and product mapping etc) for businesses in Indonesia market and/or within Asia Pacific region (as and when required).
- – Co-support to backup other team members to ensure the smooth running of the businesses in Indonesia in the event of contingency arises.
- – As part of corporate services and ongoing improvement, you will perform continuous review and analysis of the running performance of respective functions/departments and propose suggestion to ensure improvisation of the businesses as a whole.
- – Act as a Team Coordinator to support the Regional Managing Director to launch new business offerings in Indonesia such as preparation of marketing collaterals, proposals and quotations as well as consolidating and proper documentation of resource database.
- – Develop a pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing of potential and passive candidates via various channels (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and social media).
- – Drive the talent screening process with Senior leaders, HR, and Managing Director to ensuring that the best talents are hand-picked after undergoing a best-in-class candidate experience.
- – Involve in some of HR, Operations, and Finance tasks to ensure smooth daily operational.
- – Any other tasks, projects and/or confidential matters assigned as and when needed.
External Relations:
- – Responsible for corporate communications and public relations related to the businesses in Indonesia, and work toward building strong relationship with media, press, journalists etc.
- – Maintain good positive relations with external parties/stakeholders such as clients, jobseekers, industry partners, government and statutory agencies and others etc.
- – In-charge of company’s events such as press conferences, career and industry events should the needs arise.
- – Continuously drive ongoing efforts to reach out to clients or vendors to ensure good service delivery and ensure communication to the delivery team should corrective actions for improvisation need to be in place.
- – Co-support to backup to drive winning partnership and/or strategic collaboration in Indonesia with industry partners such as universities, schools, private sectors or even government agencies that lead to growth in mindshare and positive brand awareness.
- – Any other tasks and projects assigned as and when needed. Some of the tasks are ad-hoc, some tasks are one time off while some tasks may not even happen.
