- Portfolio Management
- Develop leasing strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain good relationships with tenants to ensure customer satisfaction and effective contract renewals.
- Negotiation
- Negotiate lease agreements with new and existing tenants.
- Monitor lease terms, such as duration, rent, maintenance fees, and other contractual obligations.
- Tenant Development
- Collaborate with the marketing team to attract new tenants.
- Ensure a balanced and relevant tenant mix in the company’s commercial properties.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Analyze property market trends and competitors to ensure the company remains competitive in terms of pricing, services, and facilities.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare monthly and annual reports on rental income, occupancy rates, and revenue projections.
- Tenant Relationship Management
- Ensure clear communication with tenants regarding operational issues, payments, and compliance with lease agreements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
Age:
30 – 45 years.
- At least 5 years of experience in Mall and Retail sectors.
- Strong networking in the Retail and Mall industry.
- Ability to review and assess lease agreements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional service in handling consumers/tenants.
- Presentable appearance, friendly, and polite.
