Responsibilities:
New Business:
Identify potential airline customers, introduce PT JAS and establish relationship with local and overseas management. Bid on new projects and negotiate on the contract terms.
Contract Renewal:
Monitor for relevant and opportune time to renew rates or contract.
Customer Service:
- Monitor and grow market share and yield.
- Service customer airlines together with operations team.
- Develop and foster client relationships (both locally and overseas)
- Commercial Admin
- Branding
- Disseminate information to Operations and Finance on the commercial terms and customer’s requirements.
- Keep proper and updated records on contracts.
- Update rates and contract period in PT JAS’ system.
- Maintain reports that falls under Commercial Department
- Update Corporate Communications Department on changes in customer profile, news services and etc.
- Ensure proper use of PT JAS’ logo, brand name and etc.
- Organize inaugural celebration of customer’s first flight handled by PT JAS.
- Plan corporate function & execute events.
Requirements:
- Competent in English verbal and written
Competent in Microsoft Office:
- Proficient in basic excel (able to do calculation, tables and graphs etc.)
- Proficient in PowerPoint and excellent presentation skill
Proficient in Word:
able to make offering letter
- Competent Administration skills;
- Detailed-oriented and pleasant personality;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to think strategically. Able to lead and manage, yet work in a cross functional team;
- Customer oriented – easy going and adaptable with hard person/client;
Must have strong analytical skills:
data analyst (pricing, flights, cargo volume, airlines background etc.);
- Able to work under pressure and to work independently;
- Understanding of ground and cargo handling business and IATA AHM SGHA, is a plus
