• This is a full-time role for a Telemarketing Specialist at St. Gabriel’s Pre – University in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, communication, customer support, and sales activities to promote the institution’s programs and services.

• Qualifications

• Lead Generation, Sales, and Communication skills

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone

• Proficient in English

• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with enquiries/complaints

• Persistent and results-oriented

• Patient and able to handle customer rejection

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
