Customer Service (Temporary – E-commerce)

Location:

Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service with a solid understanding of e-commerce return and refund procedures on major marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Tokopedia. The candidate must be fluent in English and demonstrate fast response times and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and answer inquiries on marketplace platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia).
  • Willingness to work night shifts, overtime on weekends, and during double-date campaigns.
  • Record and track incoming inquiries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the CS team in achieving excellent response rate metrics.
  • Provide accurate, professional, and valid information to end consumers.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, offering solutions within the company’s guidelines.
  • Follow up and ensure closure of inquiries or issues, especially with review management.

Requirements:

Experience:

Prior experience managing online inquiries on marketplace platforms preferred.

Languages:

Basic English is required.

Skills:

Problem-solving, E-commerce knowledge, retail experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Fast learner with a responsible mindset.
