- Job Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities by looking for new dealers and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
- Maintains relationship with dealers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities to enhance the sales and profit.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock with the CRM and Warehouse department.
- Reviewing your own and team sales performance and discuss together ideas to meet or exceed targets.
- Provide accurate feedback in future buying trends to the respective dealers.
- Job Skills and Qualification
Education Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Sales and Marketing are highly preferred. Excellent communication skills and should be proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and advantage if has Mandarin.
- Preferably with minimum of 2 years’ experience in the sports industry though fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably playing badminton / tennis.
- Must be self-motivated; possess strong initiative; good analytical and interpersonal skills with positive working attitude.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and must be a good team player.
- Computer literate and familiar with MS office.
- Willing to travel and must possess own transport and has a valid driving license.
- Preferably work based follow the domicile of candidate.
