Qualifications:

  • – Minimum D3 / S1 any major
  • – Minimum GPA 2.75
  • – Experience minimum 2 year in hospitality or travel industry
  • – Fluent in English both of Written and Speaking (Minimum B2 level required)
  • – Communicative
  • – Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday
  • – Willing to be placed in BALI

Responsibility:

  • – Answering an Incoming calls and Respond to Email
  • – Handle Customer Inquiries by calls and email
  • – Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
  • – Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
  • – Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
  • – Complete All Chat Logs
  • – Updating customers profile into computer
  • – Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
  • – Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
