Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree of Computer Science

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting. Experience with network configurations and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

  • Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Experience:

Previous experience in an IT support or help desk role (1-3 years preferred).

  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

Job Descriptions:

Help Desk Support:

First point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Incident Management:

Logging, categorizing, and prioritizing incidents; ensuring resolution within SLA.

Problem Management:

Identifying and resolving root causes of recurring issues.
