Job Requirement:

  • At least 2 years or more of working experience in the field or in a related area
  • Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience in office administration
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Possess sense of urgency and be accountable to task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English preferable)
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel

Job Descriptions:

  • Key person to manage, review and maintain all suppliers’ price and legal contracts in our system
  • Coordinate price negotiating, maintenance, contract revision whenever necessary
  • Responsible handling the new supplier application with the company information and documents
  • Report to the head of Department daily/weekly/monthly meeting
  • Provide administration support
  • New supplier registration
  • New SKU registration
  • Responsible for system support
