Job Requirement:
- At least 2 years or more of working experience in the field or in a related area
- Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience in office administration
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Possess sense of urgency and be accountable to task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English preferable)
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
Job Descriptions:
- Key person to manage, review and maintain all suppliers’ price and legal contracts in our system
- Coordinate price negotiating, maintenance, contract revision whenever necessary
- Responsible handling the new supplier application with the company information and documents
- Report to the head of Department daily/weekly/monthly meeting
- Provide administration support
- New supplier registration
- New SKU registration
- Responsible for system support
