Job Description
- As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving sales in modern trade & general trade segment of Sulawesi also provides direction and assures result are produced, evaluates and enhance individual performance in comparing sales trends of different area against average, regular coaching in the field, on-going feedback and in establishing development plan
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field
- At least 5 years of working in the related field is required of this position as Area Sales Manager in Distribution or related with FMCG company
- Strong strategic sales leadership track record at least 5 years of success in the well-establised FMCG Environment
- Good interpersonal skill, high motivation, enthusiastic and independent
- Experience handle both General & Modern trade
