Job Description

Qualifications:

  • – Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • – Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • – Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • – Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • – Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • – Knowledge of healthy snacks and breakfast cereals is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities:

1. Drafting Term Sheets:

  • – Develop comprehensive term sheets outlining in-store marketing and brand activation campaigns for various retail partners.
  • – Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand messaging and promotional objectives.
  • – Customize term sheets to meet the specific needs and preferences of individual retail partners.

2. Customer Acquisition:

  • – Identify and research potential new customers within the retail sector, including supermarkets, health food stores, and specialty stores. As well as in the HOREKA Sector.
  • – Develop strategies to approach and engage with prospective customers, emphasizing the unique selling points of our products.
  • – Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce our product offerings and establish rapport with potential clients.

3. Sales Negotiation and Closure:

  • – Present product offerings, pricing structures, and promotional opportunities to potential customers.
  • – Negotiate terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms, and promotional support, to secure new business partnerships.
  • – Close sales deals and obtain signed agreements from new retail partners.

4. Relationship Management:

  • – Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within existing and prospective retail accounts.
  • – Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners, promptly and professionally addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests.
  • – Proactively seek feedback from retail partners to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Market Intelligence:

  • – Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences within the healthy snack and breakfast cereal industry.
  • – Gather insights and feedback from retail partners to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  • – Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
  • – Generate regular reports summarizing sales performance, key metrics, and progress against targets.
  • – Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
