Job Description
Responsibilities:
- – Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of products.
- – Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- – Oversee order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- – Optimize shipping methods and carrier relationships to minimize costs and delivery times.
- – Implement efficient warehouse layout and workflows to streamline operations.
- – Resolve any issues related to shipping delays, damages, or lost packages.
- – Develop and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- – Ensure the ecommerce platform is functioning smoothly and efficiently.
- – Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ecommerce platform management.
- – Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- – Use insights to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
- – Proven experience in ecommerce operations management, preferably in a retail, consumer goods, or FnB Industry
- – Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- – Proficiency in inventory management systems and ecommerce platforms.
- – Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- – Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
