- Develop and implement HC strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.

- Coach managers on performance-related issues and employee development.
- Develop and execute succession planning and career development initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Master Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or a related field.
- Proven track record in strategic human capital management and driving large-scale organizational change.
- Knowledge of organizational development and change management principles.
- Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for strategic planning.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HR technology and data analytics to support decision-making and organizational strategy.
