Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 in all major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Sales or Marketing in heavy equipment rental, (scaffolding, material formwork) or related industry.
- Excellent market analysis, negotiation, as well as interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, highly motivated and result-oriented.
Required languages:
Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal & written).
- Having own personal transportation (car) & driving license.
- Willing to do business trips.
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
Job Description:
- Responsible for sales growth and increase sales through developing new markets, new customers and retaining existing customers.
- Keeps positive relationships with potential clients, customers, heavy equipment rental business companies, business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and offer solutions.
- Establish B2B engagement to perform cross sales function.
- Deploy the marketing approach and sales methodology through follow up, specify, tender in order to secure the projects or new customers.
- Updates a weekly, monthly reports and improvement plan.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
