Qualifications:
- Minimum Education of S1 in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in QA/QC, preferably in the electrical manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Trough understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the QA/QC department to ensure product quality meets industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality control system to maintain high-quality production.
- Collaborate with the Engineering and production teams to address quality issues.
- Monitor and audit manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Lead and mentor QA/QC staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Prepare reports on quality performance and suggest improvements to management.
