Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Maintenance Oversight:
- Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate mechanical maintenance tasks to maintain the reliability and safety of our machinery.
- Inspect and monitor predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Equipment Enhancements and Modifications:
- Develop plans for equipment upgrades, modifications, and improvements to optimize performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Implement improvement and automation initiatives to ensure sustained superior performance.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Trainer to enhance the skills and performance of our maintenance team.
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within our teams.
Maintenance Work Management:
- Coordinate, schedule, and control maintenance work for mechanical systems, ensuring efficient resource allocation and minimal disruptions to operations.
Sustainability and Compliance:
- Implement company policies related to Sustainability Compliance & Management Systems (ISO, EMS, Safety, MBOS, etc.) to drive business sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to energy conservation and environmental objectives by optimizing machine operations to reduce carbon emissions.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Analyze maintenance costs (spare parts) and overtime for cost savings.
- Prepare and analyze daily tasks for mechanical maintenance technicians in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Analyze business performance and lead development/automation planning to enhance competitiveness.
- Improve the skills and performance of human resources to support business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Proven experience in a specialist or leadership role, with at least 2 years of successful team management.
- Strong technical proficiency in mechanical systems and equipment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and environmental practices.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
- Fluent in English.
