  • Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Campaign Creation & Management
  • Design, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns within HighLevel CRM, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Lead Nurturing & Conversion Optimization
  • Develop and implement lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the customer journey, focusing on conversion optimization.
  • Maintain and optimize lead scoring systems and ensure effective follow-up with the sales team.
  • CRM Automation & Integration
  • Configure and manage automations within the HighLevel CRM, integrating with third-party tools where necessary.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of automated workflows for lead generation, customer retention, and upselling.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing detailed reports on key metrics such as conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
  • Continuously assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Client & Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and aligned with overall marketing strategies.
  • Communicate with clients (if applicable) to understand their marketing needs and provide expert recommendations for automation strategies.
  • CRM Maintenance & Data Integrity
  • Regularly maintain and clean the CRM database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to HighLevel workflows and automations.
  • Campaign Compliance & Best Practices
  • Ensure all marketing communications are compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and follow best practices for automation.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in marketing automation to continuously improve campaign performance.
