- Responsible for number of sales, qualities of sales and impact related with sales such as recruitment, monitoring ,evaluating and developing team member.
- Responsible to execute strategy sales planning to achieve sales targets and monitor & review daily sales performance & identify the weaknesses.
- Manage & engage bank partner relationship to ensure smooth running in delivering targets.
- Responsible regularly to review sales performance, supervising & develop sales team development strategy ( conduct coaching & sales clinic, sales techniques, handling objection)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing major
- 8 Years experience in bancassurance sales area
- Strong selling skills, persuasive and good abilities to translate data into action
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications skills
