- Provide legal advice to the client
- Prepare legal report for advisory services
- Prepare draft of legal agreement/contract
Required Qualifications:
- Graduated from a reputable law school; minimum GPA 3.00; Master Degree from offshore will be prioritized;
- Minimum experiences of 5 years as a corporate lawyer;
- Good personality & having good communication skill;
- Able to communicate in English (listening, speaking & writing);
- Having a long term vision of becoming a professional corporate lawyer.
