Job Description

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Research and develop content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Plan content calendars, create engaging posts using our image/video archives, capture new content, and design graphics with Canva. Draft captions that resonate with our audience and schedule posts to increase engagement and visibility.

E-Commerce Optimization:

Manage and optimize our Tokopedia page, create and launch a Shopee store, and maintain our website to improve customer experience and increase online sales.

Marketing Promotions:

Create product bundles and promotional campaigns to attract both B2C and B2B customers.

Retail Partnership Development:

Pitch our products to potential retail partners. Work on expanding our B2B partnerships and ensuring successful onboarding of new retail clients.

Shipping & Distribution:

Research and establish new shipping options to distribute our products outside of Bali, ensuring efficient and cost-effective logistics.

Event Coordination:

Plan and execute product tasting events to increase customer engagement and generate valuable feedback.

Product Photography:

Arrange and coordinate professional product shoots to acquire high-quality images and videos for the website and social media platforms.

  • Must Have!
  • Experience with social media management, including content creation and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in using Canva or other graphic design tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic photography/videography skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including good spoken English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Nice to have
  • Previous experience in a marketing or operations role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Tokopedia or Shopee.
  • Experience in e-commerce optimization and content management.
  • Knowledge of vegan, sustainable, or ethical food products.
  • Experience working with retail clients or developing B2B partnerships.
