Requirement:
- Experience as a recruiter or HR Generalist on facility services company min. 3 years
- Experience as an HR at Startup Facility Services company (point plus)
- Having a wide networking on facility services industry
- Familiar with backup team (BKO) and manpower planning (blue collar level)
- Proficient in administrative skills (Ms. Office, Google Workspace, Ms. Outlook)
- In depth knowledge about business process outsourcing
Jobdesc:
- Conduct end to end recruitment process (blue collar level)
- Conduct employee onboarding process (permanent & BKO)
- Ability to do multitasking skill (interviewed and administrative thing)
- Willing to do mobile and onsite recruitment (massive walk in interview)
- Monitoring manpower planning and demand on all client area (continuously)
