- Revive Medical, a leading healthcare provider in Bali, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for administering IV therapy, primarily with our international patients at the clinic and during home services across various areas in Bali.
Responsibilities:
IV Therapy Administration:
- Administering IV therapy to foreign patients at our clinic and during home visits.
- Working in teams of two for house calls, traveling to appointments in a company-provided car.
Patient Visits:
- Conducting home visits either accompanied by a doctor or another nurse using company vehicle and driver.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Accurately documenting patient intake forms, vital signs, and maintaining stock controls.
- Clear communication with doctors, admin and management for efficient coordination.
Patient Education:
- Confidently explaining IV therapy procedures, benefits, and medication details to patients in English.
- Answering any questions patients may have regarding IV therapy.
Work Schedule:
- Nurses work 8-hour shifts
Morning Shift:
8 am – 4 pm.
Afternoon Shift:
3 pm – 11 pm.
Compensation:
- Basic salary
- Patient Fee
- Meal Allowance
- Travel Allowance
- Bonus Incentive
Requirements:
- Active nursing certification and a valid license.
- Proficiency in English for effective patient communication.
- Confidence in explaining IV therapy procedures and benefits in English.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
