Job Description

Content Creator Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, produce, and post original TikTok content that highlights our products and brand while leveraging popular trends and challenges.
  • Willingness to be the on-screen talent for TikTok videos and Shopee content, showcasing products and engaging directly with the audience through creative storytelling and live streaming.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with broader campaign goals across both TikTok and Shopee.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of TikTok and Shopee content, using insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Stay updated on TikTok and Shopee trends, algorithms, and platform updates to maintain competitiveness.

Content Creator Requirements:

  • Fluent in English / Mandarin
  • Proven experience creating viral or engaging TikTok / Shopee content (provide portfolio or TikTok account).
  • Strong video editing skills with experience using apps like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
  • Creativity and ability to develop original and innovative content ideas that align with both entertainment and e-commerce strategies.
  • Experience with TikTok and Shopee analytics tools to track performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while also managing projects independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Passion for social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
  • E-Commerce Operational Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement e-commerce/marketplace strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for each marketplace and brand, and supervise the team to achieve these targets.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the company’s website and online platforms to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business strategies and compile performance reports.
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns to increase visibility and drive sales
  • Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Enhance the online shopping experience by optimizing the checkout process and providing excellent customer support.
  • Ensure secure online transactions and payment processing systems, staying up-to-date with online security best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to run campaigns that increase sales and customer engagement.
  • E-Commerce Operational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English / Mandarin
  • Have knowledge to managing marketing campaigns and e-commerce strategies on online platforms.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, providing direction and guidance.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitors in the e-commerce market.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
