Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a CSA Supervisor or Site Manager, particularly in high-rise building projects, data centers, and warehouses.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate activities effectively on-site.
- Proven track record in resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Possession of relevant licenses or certifications such as SKK or other equivalent qualifications is highly preferred.
- As a Construction Safety Analysis (CSA) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safe execution of high-rise building, data center, and warehouse projects. Your primary role will include monitoring compliance with safety standards, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety Management:
Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures, ensuring all construction activities adhere to legal and company safety standards.
Site Supervision:
Coordinate on-site activities, working closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Risk Assessment:
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards, providing timely solutions to eliminate or minimize risks.
Leadership and Coordination:
Lead and guide CSA Supervisors, ensuring effective communication and teamwork across all project sites.
Technical Problem-Solving:
Resolve any technical or safety-related issues on-site in a swift and efficient manner.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and compliance reports, and communicate findings to senior management.
Training and Certification:
Ensure that all team members are adequately trained in safety procedures and maintain the required certifications, including SKK or equivalent.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on local regulations and ensure that all safety practices comply with the latest legal requirements.
