Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years managerial experience in Retail Operation or a similar role.
  • Proficient in using all e-commerce platforms  (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Blibli, Lazada, Zalora, etc).
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to market trends and new technologies.
  • Able to work independently in a fast pace and high pressure environment.
  • Able to train, manage and negotiate with people at all levels (internal and external)
  • Strong leadership, organizational skills with attention to detail & trustworthy with pleasant personality.
  • Fluent in English, computer literate (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and good appearance is a must.

Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee daily retail operation requirement (offline store, company’s website and online platforms).
  • Responsible for daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including updates pricing, maintenance and handling technical issues.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to improve marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective offline store and e-commerce strategies to drive  sales achievement.
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to  prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Proactive in finding solutions and innovations to enhance customer experience in offline and online sales.
  • Have knowledge in the world of E-Commerce, especially in the strategy planning, managing product development, competitive strategies, competitor pricing research, industry trends, consumer research, and best implementation methods.
  • Managing trade and/or marketing campaigns in retail industry, especially working closely and have a deep understanding of marketplace channels).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement e-Commerce strategies and promotional activities.
  • Manage relationships with third-party (marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and logistics vendors) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
