Job Requirements:
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil)/Architecture or equivalent.
- •At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in shopping mall
•Required skill(s):
Sketchup and AUTO CAD
- •Able and understanding of workshop drawing and material finished
- •Willing to work hard and team work.
- •Integrity , Discipline , Creative and innovative
- •Detail oriented with strong analytical and communication, strong personality, discipline and hardworking nature.
- •Willing to work in Cikarang Area (Delta Mas)
- •Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
- •Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend / public holiday
Job Description:
- •Review and monitor fit out process for tenant unit and island counter, starting from drawing submission, fit out consultation of ensuring design and implementation are according to mall’s fit out guide and standard, day to day monitoring on site
- •Advise, assist and ensure work progress complied with the standard as well
- supervise contractor safety programs.
- •Ensure all quality control procedures are executed for company project at work site in a timely and efficient manner.
- •Planning the hand over with tenant and perform snag check prior to hand over to tenants.
- •Develop and maintain applicable Fit Out policies and procedures and liaise with contractor/vendor in regard of fitting out
- •To organize, acceptance of the equipment and machinery needed for company project.
- •Provide planning fit out activities and cost estimation of maintenance, repair and propose the development of building facilities
- •Conduct incident/accident investigations and report recommended actions to management
- •Liaise and performing active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL in order to run smoothly of fit out program implementation
