Job Description
- Bike Rental Operator
- Butler Bike Bali is the highest quality bike rental company in Bali. We provide a wide range of motorcycles according to client needs. Therefore we need staff operators to help us serve client requests quickly and precisely.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to bike rental enquiries via our CRM System, telephone and in person, including advising potential customers on the suitability and availability of bikes and routes;
- Responsible for daily retail services, including handling customer issues and complaints.
- Check on customers who are nearing the end of their rental period, and follow up with customers for rental continuity.
- Act as an approachable source of information for customers wishing to make rental purchases of bicycles or helmets, etc.
- Process bookings and maintain an accurate and up-to-date availability calendar;
- Schedule and conduct delivery and pick-up of rental bikes, including sizing, tuning, and mechanical adjustments of bikes and accessories;
- Follow up with customers to collect reviews and encourage customers to post to Social Media.
- Entering customer and rental data into our CRM System.
- Creating a brief report at the end of the shift.
Qualifications:
- A friendly, proactive and helpful attitude – customer service is a key requirement for this position;
- Knowledge of Bicycles
- Experience in bicycle rental business as an operator for at least 2 years.
- Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia for written and verbal communication skills.
- Understand and confident with the computer and CRM System.
- Own laptop.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to think independently.
- Reside in Bali
- Willing to work with the schedule that has been determined by the company
