Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline).
- Min. 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role within the crushing or Engineering, Procurement & Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of crushing processes and equipment.
- Knowledge of project management, construction management, and engineering management principles.
- Experience implementing and maintaining quality control processes.
- Skills in managing inventory levels and coordinating with the supply chain.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
Job Description:
- Achieve and maintain a high OEE by minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment utilization.
- Meet or exceed planned production targets consistently.
- Maintain a high schedule adherence percentage, ensuring production follows the planned schedule.
- Understanding the basics of the project budget and ensuring that costs do not exceed the budget.
- Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome.
