Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the customer’s business goals, strategies, and pain points in order to tailor the company’s product and service offerings to meet their needs.
  • Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and promotional programs to secure favorable agreements that benefit both Principal and Key Accounts.
  • Supervise and liaise with related stakeholders (i.e sales team, marketing, distributor and key accounts) to ensure excellent execution for all commercial activities.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact and liaison between the FMCG company and the customer, coordinating cross-functional support from marketing, supply chain, and other teams.
  • Assist Key Account Manager to deliver Volume, Value, and Profitability for related Key Accounts as per Company’s Objective.
  • To lead or participate in any commercial projects which assigned by management team.

This role is responsible to:

  • Deliver company’s objective as aligned with Key Account Manager which cover but not limited to deliver sales target,
  • Develop highly communication with Key Accounts and Monitoring the customer’s performance,
  • Identifying opportunities to improve joint business planning
  • and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable university.
  • Min 2 years working experience as part of Key Account Management in
  • FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record to liaise between key accounts, principal, and
  • distributor team.
  • Strong exposure in beverage or dairies category would be an
  • advantage.
  • Sufficient knowledge in key account and distributor operation.
  • Attention to details and analyze data into actionable points.
