Job Description
- – At least 5 years of working experience in Procurement EPC or related industry (IS A MUST), with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- – Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Engineering is a plus)
– Required language:
English, Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a plus)
- – Highly organized and detail oriented
- – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- – Knowledge of equipment and material for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Piping, Civil for gases (specially for LNG)
- – Able to work in fast paced environment
- – Able to work in a team and or independently
- – Able to read and interpret technical specifications and contracts
– Soft skill needed:
Negotiation, Leadership, Communication, Problem-Solving, Time Management
- – Knowledge of local content (TKDN), and import regulation is a plus
Summary of Job Responsibility:
- – Supervise procurement staff
- – Work with the procurement manager to allocate tasks and resources within the team to optimize efficiency
- – Liaison with project teams, ensuring that procurement needs are clearly understood and met
- – Report on the progress of procurement activities to the procurement manager
- – Assist procurement manager with bidding and projects related
- – Source new potential vendors, negotiation, and evaluate vendor’s performance
- – Maintain good relationships with vendors with regular communication and visitation
- – Able to ensure sure best quality from vendors and get good vendor satisfaction from internal stakeholders
