Bags City sells well-known brands like Lojel, Thule, Bagasi, Case Logic, and Travel Blue. Available in more than 30 Showrooms and 100 Department Stores throughout Indonesia. Job Description:
- Maximize sales and profitability through all sales channels across the region
- Set sales targets for individual locations
- Regular monitoring to ensure that sales and operational goals and expectations are achieved
- Organize regular meetings with management to discuss about business updates, issues and opportunities.
- Train staffs on daily responsibilities, brand promotion and customer service activities
- Manage Jabodetabek area, also willing to do business trip to other cities.
Qualification:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any Majors
- At least 2-3 years of experiences in this position (Retail Industry Preferable) as Area Manager / Area Sales Manager / Regional Manager.
- Excellent communication skill & presentation ability
Required skill(s):
Superb Leadership is a must, excellent team management, microsoft excel & data report.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Fluent in using tools for reporting purposes Excel, Powerpoint, Etc)
- Willing to be place in Bags City Head Office (Taman Tekno BSD, South Tangerang)
