Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the Service Team in answering, responding to, following-up and/or passing on of customer enquiries to relevant personnel in the Sales team in a timely manner so as to ensure that all sales leads are properly handled and followed through.
- Identify possible sales opportunities in various media channels, and thereafter, forward these leads to the respective sales personnel for follow up purposes.
- Assist the Sales Team in preparing sales contract and tenders in a timely manner and using standard templates in compliance with Levels of Authority and other relevant policies.
- Prepare timely, accurate and comprehensive updating of Customer Relationship Management data in SAP and submit monthly reports to Management as and when required.
- Ensure that all relevant documentation related to pre-sales and sales order documents such as quotations, purchase orders, sales contracts keyed in timely and filed and/or captured in SAP.
- Assist in the generation of invoices, credit and debit notes, etc via SAP as per instructions from Sales Team in order to ensure that these documents are promptly printed, properly verified and timely issued to customers.
- Control and monitor stationery stock for the department and make the necessary requisitions for standard stationery so as to ensure that their requisitions and requirements are met and stock is readily available.
- Perform the telephone ambassadors’ role so as to meet telephone etiquette standards set by the Group.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in customer service, administration or related field.
- Having experience as SAP user (mandatory)
