Job Description
- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Installation and configuration PC/Laptop.
- Installation and setting printer for users.
- Work with vendor support to resolve problems PC/Laptop hardware and software.
- Deploy and upgrade memory (RAM) for all assets (PC/Laptop) if needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve if any problem with users PC/Laptop
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for users.
- Ready to work overtime.
- EDUCATION
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.
- EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years working experience in Helpdesk/IT Support.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- SKILL
- Familiar with Helpdesk/IT Support works
- Good communication in English
