- Development of technical and commercial proposal
- Development of cost, time and resource schedules for assigned projects in line with annual department budgets. Able to create and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and address unforeseen issues.
- Able to Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive timelines and schedule that outline the said project phases, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Administration of assigned the said project files.
- Liaison with senior contract support engineer, clients, other engineers and subcontractors.
- Preparation of calculations and work procedures in support of projects.
- Completion of purchase requisitions and monitoring of procurement.
- Arrange equipment dispatch and transportation. Coordinating with local support ensuring all said mobilization in place.
- Undertake offshore survey and provide an administration and technical support function for major offshore project implementation. Also able to do site Visit, Clients Visit, that relates to work preparation i.e survey, inspection, pre work visit etc.
- Compilations of job close-out reports and close-out of applicable non-conformance reports. Utilize Microsoft Project to plan, schedule, track and report project activities
- Preparation of invoice drafts for approval by senior contract support engineer.
- Follows the Sparrows Policy for Health, Safety, Environment and Quality and takes an active part in the compliance and improvement of the HSEQ Management System. Report any accidents, incidents, near misses, actual or potential problems with products, services or systems to the HSEQ Manager.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferable) or related fields
- Have 2-3 years of experience as project planner/project engineer in EPC, Oil and Gas, or related industry
- Experienced in developing technical proposal, deliverables, and work procedures
- Able to utilize Microsoft Project
- Capable to perform site visit or survey in all areas of Indonesia
- Have Professional to Full Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
