- 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- JOB DESC
- To Delegate, Directing, Manage and Controlling of Manpower (Leader & Operator)
- To Arrange production schedule / plan running
- Make Improvement Activity in Quality & productivity
- To Control and minimize Production Defect and Scrap (MRB)
- To Check Daily Production Report (Efficiency & Quality) and take Action if not achieve target
- To give training for All Job Leader & Operators
- Make & Setup Work instruction for New Model
- Solving the Problem by adopting PDCA Cycle
