Job Description
- Responsibility
- Responsible for managing the production site, creating a safe production atmosphere, creating a good 5S environment, labor discipline, and strictly regulating employees’ work behavior.
- Supervise production teams to carry out production in accordance with process requirements and work instructions, keep track of quality status and production progress, handle unexpected situations, ensure quality, and deliver on time.
- Explore the problem points on the production site, continuously analyze, take action, and improve to improve product yield, production efficiency, and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree from Food Technology, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Preferably Having experience in food industry
- Possess basic knowledge of Food Technology, Food Safety, Raw Material & others
- Knowledge of occupational safety standards & industry regulatory compliance
- Willing to be placed in Karanganyar Central Java
