  • Responsibilities
  • 1. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of career development program
  • 2. Manage the employee’s promotion implementation and monitor the realization of individual development program
  • 3. Identify and develop successors for key positions
  • 4. Provide career development guidance and counseling to employees.
  • 5. Conduct individual improvement projects to enhance career development initiatives.
  • 6. Ensure Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are effectively implemented and documented using both system-based or manual methods also done by schedule
  • 7. Monitor the Performance Monitoring System runs according to the target
  • Requirements
  • 1. Min. S1 in Psychology, HR Management, or related field
  • 2. Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the area of Talent & Performance Management
  • 3. Strong proficiency in data management, performance management, and talent management
  • 4. Able to communicate effectively and build relationships across all levels.
  • 5. Experience in evaluating performance, giving feedback, and coaching employees.
