Job Description
Have a minimum graduated level of education:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics or equivalent, preferably within Logistics or Management
- Have a minimum working experiences in 1 years
- Age minimum 22 – 35 years old
- Have some Customs Course and have PPJK certificates is more advantages
- Understanding of international trade and customs processes
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity with a commitment to compliance with domestic and foreign laws and regulations
- Experience with a customs broker
- Available to work extended hours.
Jobdesc:
- Able to operating CEISA 4.0
- Familiar and able to operate customs application ex. SLIM, SIAP TERBANG
- Drafting, checking and monitoring Check and respond to email requests/questions regarding the delivery and planned arrival of cargo;
- Handling problems and serving those that arise regarding customs process;
- Controlling and managing the team;
- Controlling and responding to incoming emails from customers or from vendors to arrange delivery;
- Make requests for quotations to freight forwarders, at the request of procurement or customers for all imported shipments;
- Processing customs clearance of imported & exported goods;
