- Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 5 (five) years’ experience in the field.
- Familiar and understand export (PEB) and import (PIB) procedures. Able to operate a computer , knowledge in Microsoft Office and make Sales Forecast/ Budget.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and should be an energetic effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication .skills.
- Knowledge and understand of Quality Management System ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 and FSC requirements.
- Candidates must demonstrate leadership in managing teams, and customer service to maintain and expand market share. Adaptability is essential when working with potentially unfamiliar customs and the issues that may arise when moving goods around the world.
- Report on all sales activities (local and export) and review monthly business development plans.
- Prepare Export Documents including SO, OA, Fumigation Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Invoice, Packing List, and all other important documents.
- Arrange agreements with external institutions such as forwarders, transportation companies, banks, etc. and able purchasing imported goods and preparing documentation.
- Assist the Director with projects related to Aica sales activities both domestic and overseas.
- Monitor and manage the addition and delivery of stock to customers with sales contract agreements.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- To ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
- To make sure that the existing customers are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.
- Guarantees feedback regarding quality from customers to R&D and Production. This is to ensure that AMI products can meet customer satisfaction.
- Confirm Resin orders for customers who have large credit limits and are due, coordinate with the Director to make the best decision .
- Coordinate with production and logistic departments to ensure timely export shipments.
- Responsible for importing/exporting products and carrying out this in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Increase sales volume while maintaining added value according to the budget determined by the head office each year.
- To make & maintain all the documents related from every enquiry to the order dispatch and provides weekly conditions of debts that are due from customers to the Business Manager and Director
- Receive and record orders from domestic /export customers and issue important documents to internal and external parties to ensure that all orders comply with the regulations.
- Ensure the payment method is clear , in accordance with the agreement and follow up on outstanding receivable from customer.
