Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities As a Field Supervisor (Civil Works), you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Review and study construction documents, which will serve as the basis for overseeing the workers on-site.
- Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and execution methods.
- Supervise the timely completion of construction projects.
- Oversee construction works in terms of quality, quantity, and the pace of physical progress.
- Prepare supervision work reports.
- Collect data and information from the field to coordinate with the project and engineering teams regarding any issues encountered during the construction process.
- Requirements
- Minimum education of a diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of experience as part of a project team.
- Good physical health and willingness to work night shifts.
- Strong coordination skills.
- A desire to learn and improve.
- Experience in creating daily and weekly work plans.
- Good understanding of civil works and construction.
- Detail-oriented.
- Discipline.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
